I’m hoping the third time is the charm. My problem is sticking with it. WW is a great program. I don’t feel deprived or hungry. I just need to stick with the plan. Mostly I need to stick with my exercise routine. I started walking and I’m going to encorporate some resistance training into my exercise routine. I really plan to reach my goal this time. My health is suffering do to be over weight. I want to feel good as well as look good. So I’m with it to the end.

        • Hi, I’m a Weight Watcher too...since ‘04 and have lost about 150lbs.  Just take it day by day.  Find an activity that you enjoy and don’t think of it as exercise which sounds to much like drudgery.

          All my best to you!!

          Maria

        • I lost weight on weight watcher but did not stay on it too time consuming. also I had to think about food all the time.  i just became a coach for Take Shape for Life because this is the first time in my life, after taking off the original fat in JR High, that I do not think about food all day.  Did I eat too much, what am i going to eat, I need to get back on the diet, etc.  I love it!  That is why I named my site: Focus on Life Not Food!  I put my story on the post page.  I also recommend for those of you who still want to figure it all out, Calorie King program.  You can easily enter what you ate since they have a database of all kinds of food you just enter.  You also can track almost anything, like sodium, fat, protein.  they have all that stored in the data base.  Sometimes you will eat something they dont have so you enter it in as a custom food and you do not have to reenter it as it stays in the system!
