I just took this out from the library.  Has anyone else read it?  Any opinions?

        • In case anyone is wondering, I’ve finally started it.  It’s mainly geared toward boomers aged 50+.  But I’m finding that alot of what she says (psychological changes) is very true.

Better than “Painting the Walls Red“, which I described on my FB page as written like “frantic on crack“.  This book is more intellectual & has some interesting research presented as well.

For example, did you know that mid-life ranks 2nd in life when the brain’s connections grow?  (The 1st of course is adolesence.)
