I just made myself a smoothie and it was delicious. I had some leftover canned mandarin oranges in the fridge that I didn’t want to throw away so I combined them with soy milk in my blender. It tasted like a creamsicle. I used plain unsweetened soy milk but with vanilla flavored soy milk or a little sweetener in there and some natural vanilla it would have tasted more like the ice cream. I used 1/2 cup mandarin oranges and 3/4 cup soy milk.
Sounds ymmy! I haven’t done smoothies in ages.
I wish I could find mandarin oranges that are grown and processed in this country.
