1 Can Artichokes (in water, not marinated)
2 cloves garlic - minced
1/2 lemon - peeled
3 tablespoons olive oil
red pepper flakes - to taste
Throw it all in the food process and grind until somewhat smooth. Put into a bowl and cover with oil to keep it moist. Eat it a room temperature with pretzels, pretzel crisps, veggies, whatever!
