Tonight it is relaxation time and kicking back with some leftover chicken and dumplings.

      Yummy....

and it is serving to ward of whatever is going around at the office, just like a good chicken soup will do.

BTW, what do you put into your chicken soup????

Also, does anyone have a good lasagna recipe that one can do? The only one I know in my head makes enough for 3 large casserole dishes!! lmao...

Does anyone have great healthy recipes for empty nester and single folks?????

      K

        • Hi txbluebonnet

Have you ever thought of making your usual lasagne recipe but making it into single servings..I know that feeling of being single, and having an almost empty nest...

        • I have THOUGHT about reducing the recipe, but having difficulty in reducing a recipe that I do from scratch.  It just doesn’t make sense.

And, if I turn my 3 lasagne casserole dishes into many single servings, I’ll have single servings every night for more than a month—maybe two!!

As much as my lasagne is a hit with everyone, I don’t want to eat it everyday for months. :)
