      Lighter Scalloped Oysters Servings: 8
      Preparation time: 10 min
      Cooking time: 35 min
      2 tsp celery seed
      6 tsp unsalted butter, melted
      3 cups golden round crackers, crumbled
      1/2 cups evaporated skim milk
      2 cupslarge oysters

      Cooking Directions:
      Preheat oven to 375°. Arrange oysters, with liquor, in a shallow greased baking dish. Pour half the milk over oysters. Combine remaining 3 ingredients and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Sprinkle over oysters. Pour remaining milk over oyster mixture. Bake uncovered 30-40 minutes.
