      1) The Abuser To Be Tract/Monitored For An Allotted Time.
      2) Their names on a State List, equal to that of child molesters.
      3)Abuse status on Driver's License and Credit Reports.
      4)Anger Management and Therapy
      5)Garnished Wages for any damages caused to victim, to include the health and well being of victim.
      6) Shall have no contact with children until proven they are rehabilitated. (Including their own)
      7) Loss of rights to alcohol PERMANTLY. (bylaw: use of drugs or alcohol will be mandatory jail time to be distinguished differently than normal DWI )
      8) Any Person Causing "Assault and Battery" Will Spend No Less than ?_ Hours In Jail. No Bail. No Contact With Said Assaulted Victim After Arrest for ?_ days.
      9) Victim of Abuse shall reside in shared home during and before divorce proceedings. Abuser looses all rights to equity to said home. If no deed is shared, abused shall have ? days to vacate.
      10) Any Person Claiming Domestic Battery Charges Must Be Photographed By Attending Police For Evidence.
