I did it. After several years of being overweight I finally found something that taught me how to combine the foods I love to eat in order to increase my metabolism. I have taken off 45lbs since Easter. I still eat what I want but in different combinations.
My weakness has always been that I am a nibbler but as I progressed with my new plan I have began to break away from that habit. I have loads of energy that I did not have before. I am not a fan of exercising and with my plan I have learned that exercising doesn’t have to be jogging 5 miles a day or 200 crunches. It has taught me how to add certain elements to my daily routines and burn calories as I go about my everyday routine.
The one and most exciting thing about my new plan is when I began losing the weight it came off in a way that I did not have any of the rolls of excess fat or that cottage cheese looking skin and buldges.
I am sharing this because I know as we grow older it is harder to lose weight. I have not reached my goal yet as I still would like to lose another 45 lbs before the holidays. After I lose all the weight I am going to treat myself to a cruise.
I hope this may be of some help to anyone else out there working to lose weight. If I can do it anyone can. I can’t believe it took me this long to figure out how our body works and responds to food.
