      I made it the first week!! Yay!!! Go me!! With just the one itsy-bitsy slip but, hey, I don’t think that’ll ruin me for life. estatic

      I’ve been weighing every morning (it’s my thing) and it just sucked this morning when I weighed more than I did yesterday. But, I lost 1 pound last week. The only thing I can say about that is it’s better than gaining a pound.  

      My husband, my dear Rico, said, “well if I hadn’t been exercising I’d be happy with 1 pound” Of course, he would NOT, so I tell him, “You mean to tell me that if you hadn’t been exercising and lost 1 pound the first week, you wouldn’t be pissed?” LOL  He saw my point then because everybody loses more than 1 pound the first week!

      But, I’m not going to let that stand in my way. I’m over week one and now into week 2. I may start exercising this week, it just depends on how my nerves behave.  

      One week down, 2 to go on this challenge!
