      Make Your Own Massage Oils

Keep your skin beautiful by making some of your own massage oils. By making your own massage oils you can save money and you will be assured of fresh ingredients .

In these recipes I’m going to call for Safflower oil, grapeseed oil or sweet almond oil as your carrier oil because you can get it at any grocery store and has no odor that will interfere with the other ingredients. Olive oil can be used but it does have that "olive oil" smell.

Massage is the oldest form of healing. It relaxes and prompts the body to release toxins. The massage can also help the body to flush out the toxins once they have been released from tight muscles. The simple act of touch is healing to us humans and animals.

4 tablespoons of carrier oil of choice
10 drops of lavender essential oil
10 drops of rosemary essential oil

The couple oil sounds great, can it only be used for massages?

        • Sweet almond oil is not very greasy so maybe you can use it by itself to try on your husband. I use it to take off my eye makeup because it does not leave heavy grease behind like baby oil.

Are we talking about putting the “couples only” on private parts? lol! If so, then i know cocoa butter, coconut oil, and other fruit or vegetable oils such as almond oil and apricot oil can be used as lubricants. They will break down latex though.
