Being 50+ how do you view things in general? Do you feel, act, dress like a fifty year old  or are you trying to keep up with the current fashions?

        • I try to keep myself current with the way I dress but not appear to try and look young. I don’t wear skirts that are too short or tops that are too low.

At work I interract with a lot of young people from their late teens to their mid 20’s. It’s amazing to me what these young people take seriously. It’s also amazing to me how morality in general is just out the window. Makes me shake my head sometimes.

        • I view everything that one does is a choice unless is is forced upon you.  Also, lifestyles and moral values are openly different from my era.

No, I don’t feel my age.  I am so full of life!  I have a “mothering”  and “fun” spirit that comes into play as the situation arises.

I keep current in fashion.  I can be trendy or classic, always dressing in style and grace.  I refuse to ever wear “old lady” clothes and have shared with my daughters to always help keep me  fashionably attired as I grow older.  This won’t be a problem as they are fashionistas!

        • I try to keep current thanks to my daughter who also is a fashionista. My dresses and skirts are knee length and tops are not revealing.
