Mindset for Life

Have you read my new blog post here at Fab40?  Have you watched John Assaraf’s video clips from his “Having It All!” conference?  If you haven’t then make a plan to do so in the next few days.  

Much of what we struggle with after we turn 40 has a lot to do with our perspective on our lives and how we approach it.  We are overwhelmed, stressed, drained, consumed...we are actually running on auto-pilot and we really don’t realize it.  Do you feel like you are living your life on auto-pilot?  Well, then you need to watch the video clips and read my most recent blog post on Mid-life Mindset to get a better understanding of the power of your conscious and subconscious mind.  As women, we are taught to live by using our hearts first, using our brains second...when really we, whether we like it or not, naturally use our brains first...the heart always follows.  To get a better understanding of what I am talking about go to my profile and watch the video clips of John Assaraf...he explains it best.  You will not only be motivated...you will have a better understanding of how you to need move forward in to your second adulthood with success and abundance!
