        • Ok so today was weight in day...here it is : Lost 1.4lbs
          Thing are moving along slowly...but thats good . Day 1 challenge #4 I worked out on the bike for 30 min and did streches today . 1for1

          Annie...thanks for keeping us focused.  It’s a hard thing to do I know.  I appreciate it.

          Vikki....keep up you good work!!  20 min..better than nothing.

          For me:  I haven’t been very focused on my weight loss the pas week.   Again..where I work loves to cook....not a good thing.

          Today I will try to be more focused on drinking my water....and maybe even hit the gym tonight after work.  

          Ya’ll have a great focused...weight loss day.  We can do this.

        • Sorry ladies ......I’ve had a bad week and now +4lbs from France it took me out of my routine plus I had three business lunches.

          So I’m now back on track and not throwing the towel in and just stepping back up .... I did trudge through the snow to get weighed in for penance ...
