        • Obviously I don’t know what I’m doing...but this is the Daily check in....I failed to put that at the top.  

          I’m sure there were some other changes to make...so forgive me.

          Today...I am going to watch my sugar intake.  Not cutting it out cold turkey but “cutting back“.  That is my challenge.

          I’m not weighing...I did last night...still shows the gain of 4 lbs. But that is going to change this week.

        • Right been to WW and no change at all ... I’ve also had a very stressful day today - on reflection it’s all trivial but I hit the biscuits as I was so hyper and close to tears then after I had eaten (well inhaled) half a packet - which made me more angry ..

          So tomorrow is another day and I’m back track ...
          I think I’m tired and just stupid people trying my last nerve

        • Congrats to those of you that lost weight last week!!!   And a word of encouragement to those of us that aren’t doing as well as we would like.—- WE‘RE GOING TO HANG IN THERE AND WE‘RE NOT ABOUT TO GIVE UP ON OURSELVES!!!  

          I managed to lose the 2.6 pounds I gained last week.  I still have a net loss so that’s a good thing.  I’ve bumped up the exercise (walkin/running 30 min 4-5X a week) and I’ve been watching my points REAL CLOSE.  Now, I’ve got to work on drinking water.    

          Let’s think beach vacation....binkins....or do we dare—-THONGS!!!  (eeerr...mabye not)  but, WE CAN DEFINATELY LOOK AND FEEL BETTER BY SUMMER!!!  WE CAN DO THIS!!!
