        • Well this week I have lost 2lbs  

          So started off at 12stone 9lbs
          Lost 11lbs to date so now 11 stone 12lbs ....  

          I could still eat my own arm - but I have jumped up the old exercise and bought some new jogger bottoms and tops and trainers ..... the irony I used to sell them to the nation and never wore them and now ...... buying them - hey ho

        • Bad news this week...I choose not to get on the scales so I won’t be depressed....but I am STOKED for those who have lost this week.  VIcki....very good...you will be ready for that bikini by June!

        • Keep posting Annie—it helps.  I’m the ever present lurker, I read more than I post.  I had a great weekend (which is always a challenge) until dinner last night and then I derailed a bit.  Hopefully it doesn’t show up too much on the scale.  Tuesday Weigh-In is great incentive to stay on track during the weekend.

        • cHALLENGE #3 was to track my meals....
          I am good at doing it at nite but not at the time...does that count?
          If so I am 1/1

        • Yes I am tracking everything I eat . Well my weigh in was not what I wanted but my leader did a whole talk about not getting to caught up in a number and she is right I dont want to be upset if I dont loss the magic number this week . The less you have to lose the harder it is too lose it and the longer it will take .Thats a good thing because I want to change my life and change is slow .
          Thanks Annie I’m still here and this is helping me . My weight in day is monday . I lost 0.4 this week .
          Better then nothing .
