Had been in a relationship where theman was married and has been separated forthelast 6 months, i moved away together  with him.  We had a relationhip even years before that.  Itwas the chase &the bad behavior that went along with that.  as we lived together, then it started to happen to me another woman in the picture.  Just feel terrible that i allowed him to manipulate me & shame me. When i knowiwas doingwrong in the begining. I left and wish icould of told him howi felt. Withsome bold words it might of made me feel better. Any advice how to just let it go. or to deal with thepain of feeling used.  i need somewords of wisdom & comfort.    thank you

        • Please don’t beat yourself up. In my opinion (I am no doctor)- You will have to go through a period of mourning. This is my understanding anyway.

I have been told and pass this along when I can:
give yourself time to mourn, be sad, get angry, feel emotions.

Then, STOP! and try to do something nice for yourself. You must process those feelings then somehow let go of them. I have found this is an ongoing process until I get through what ever I am dealing with.

Wishing you much peace and love
          Tammy
