        • I’ll use FitDay I purchased the software years ago and it’s just the best calorie and exercise tracking tool I’ve come across.  It also tracks your weight and graphs it and so on and so forth.

Also another good one is the daily plate...I like that one too so it will be a toss up.  Fitday is on my home laptop so I would have to wait to log my food, but daily plate is online.

        • I think I lost a few ounces this week.  But continuing on.  I am adjusting to fewer calories, eating alot of protien and fiber, drinking more water and working out now 60 mins at least 5 days a week.  Tired!!!!!!!!

        • FitDay is a very good software package.  I used it & learning a lot of interesting things about myself.  One thing I learned it that I’m a “social” eater.  So now when I go to parties I can catch myself when I start grazing!

          Hang in there my dear!

        • I hate going to the gym too!  I mainly just walk on the treadmill there - on an incline - but it’s just sooooo boring!  My mind wanders and I think of the 50 million other things I could be doing!  I lost a ton last year on Nutrisystem - but once I went back to eating normal food - back it came!  UGH!  I’m so sick of having to “work” at it!  And why the heck does food have to taste so good anyway??  hehe

        • I also hate the gym. I am going to start tomorrow by walking a couple miles a day and giving up wine. I did Jenny Craig a few years ago and lost everything I wanted to lose but of course gained it all back plus 10. My daughter is getting married this summer and I have to do something. Thanks for listening.

        • Wow - you look great in the pic!  Love that color on you!  So springy!  And LOVE the hair!  I have those big hips too - I don’t know if they‘re ever gonna disappear!  I’d rather have the bigger upper half and skinny butt & legs that some women have than to have this “pear” shape!  Oh well...  Ugh genetics!  hehe

        • It’s always good to find the right combination and then it becomes easy.  Good for your on researching and feeling your way through on your own unique journey.

Just wanted to share something as what I’ve found is that supplementation is important to help the body communicate differently.  As a 54 year old, I’ve found this to be the case for me and many others I coach.  Not everyone finds it important so it’s good that you already do the research to discover if things are a good fit, and I love that you do this.

        • 3sa, I reached my goal weight on WeightWatchers 2 years ago; it took an average of 1 lb a week - some weeks I lost 2 lbs, some weeks I gained 1 lb. I was tempted to quit the 3rd week but glad I kept going. Slow and steady weight loss lasts - don't give up! You're going in the right direction!
