These are the latest questions from Sewolf.  Thanks for so much for keeping us moving on this book.

      1.  Jesse has moved out of his parents house. Was it because he did not want to continue to watch his sister is pain and dying, looking for attention in his own way, trying to be strong enough to live on his own, or your own theory?

      2.  The father, Brian, showing his support for Anna but having a difference of view with his wife.  Did he do the right thing?

      3. Julia, the GAL, supporting Anna because of her relationship wth her own sister?

      Looking forward to your thoughts.

      Thanks,
      Stephanie

        • This was the first Jodi Picoult book i read...several years ago.  I was drawn right in.  An excellent read, right to and including the END!

I think he didn’t like what was happening to either of his sisters and that his needs were put aside for his sister. I think he was acting out to get attention because any attention is good attention, right?

          2.  The father, Brian, showing his support for Anna but having a difference of view with his wife.  Did he do the right thing?
He did the right thing for Anna. Up to that point she felt wrong and alone. With her father showing his support it showed that she was loved and she did matter seperate from her sister.

          3. Julia, the GAL, supporting Anna because of her relationship wth her own sister?
I don’t think it was because of her relationship with her sister but coming from a large family she could identify with the individual getting lost in the masses.

          Very good book!
