I tend to hang onto my clothes and shoes too long. I know the rule of thumb is, if you haven’t worn it in two years, toss it. Unfortunately, this never works for me.
These leather boots I had bought in the 90s:

Lollol ...The straight-leggedness of them reminds me of the Leg Lamp in the movie The Christmas Story. So i haven’t worn these boots over 10!!!!years. So my questions are: Are these boots hot vintage style or just outdated? Keep or just trash these 90s boots?

        • I personally would take them to a consignment store or try to sell them on craigs list first.  They are well taken care of but come on you haven’t worn them in 10 Years!!!!!!!!!!! LOL!!!!!!!!!! Then if they do not sell you will feel better about giving to the Goodwill.(Just a thought)

        • Personally, I’d take them out and wear them!  They‘re nice boots and boots don’t tend to vary as much in style as shoes do.  But if you haven’t worn them in 10 years you have to be realistic and ask yourself if you‘re really going to wear them now.
