      Hi there
I am new to this site. I run my own small company ; many years ago my dh and I started a tree spraying company, eventually he left the company and went working for someone else and I kept the business. Its small, but pays the bills and suits our schedule. I did have a bigger office, but three years ago decided to move home and converted our basement to the office. It is great as it allows me to have more time with our boys (10 & 11) but yet work at the same time. i know it wont be forever, but its good for now.

The only problem I have is that I am a woman in a totally male dominated field. That is the hardest part between dealing with employees and customers. Most people expect a male, a males perpesctive and get offended when a woman advises.

I hope to hear and read more from you all. By the way, I am also back in school and half way thru my associates in accounting, heading for the batchelors next year.
