      I bought a Made in USA Nordic Ware Wok at Costco the other day and used it for the first time last night. What a great addition to my kitchen!

      I came home from work and was tired but still needed to make dinner. I put some sliced meat and vegetables in there after just putting some cooking spray on it - it’s already a non stick pan. After adding some spices, salt and pepper and a little white wine dinner was ready in just a few minutes. And it was delicious!

      Remember when Wok cooking was trendy? Was that in the 90’s? I can’t remember.

        • Must have been the 90’s.  I had a wok, but I don’t know what ever happened to it.  I was so used to cooking in cast iron that I never got the hang of the wok, just kept using the old cast iron skillet.

          Nordicware makes some really wonderful things.
