      The first half of the month was great! Thanksgiving really did me in. I stopped everything for a few days and it is amazing how quickly everything spiraled! It takes 21 days to create a habit and 3 days to kill it! Well, I’m back, and the report is not great but the good news is that I’m still here and still trying!  

      No need to tell me not to beat myself up! I’m not. I just do this because it helps me to see where I need to focus.  

      Here are my results....  

      Weight
      I was down 1 pound at mid-month. I ended the month up 2!  

      Login to Sparkpeople
      I’ve logged in 26/30 days. (It was those four days that did it! LOL)  

      Blog Everyday
      I’ve blogged 26/30 days.  

      Calories Eaten
      I averaged 1332.64 per day. This is within my range and I’ve averaged 200 calories / day less than October!
      I’ve logged my nutrition 28/30 days!
      I’ve been within range 18/30 days! - wow! That’s an interesting number! I really thought I did better there.  

      Drink Water
      I’ve averaged 6.17 glasses per day (that’s up 2.5 glasses / day from earlier in the month!)
      I’ve logged water 23/30 days!  

      Fitness
      I’ve averaged 254 calories burned per day
      I’ve logged fitness 18/30 days.
      I haven’t done any strength training this month  

      Well, it is clear that water and fitness are still hotspots. I’ve made some improvement in water but I’m not quite there yet. I’ve got to start working out again!  

      I will continue with water for the next 21 day challenge in our Fabbers Against Flab team. For 21 days I will try to meet my water goals and as it takes 21 days to make a new habit, I hope to form this habit.

        • OMG .........Annie I was very overwhelmed by work and leaving very early etc; so knocked out of my usual schedule so missed doing my morning log in and assessment of the day – I did my walk and my water but my diet had two days of chaos.
          I know I have not put on weight but I also know that I was on the road to ruin and back to blubberville and all my hard work would be gone down the drain – I know that to pile it back on  would take less time than to get it off !

          I’m kinda new to this sight and need some friends to chat with and share in my weightloss attempts.
          I’m a single mom of 12 year old twin girls and have never had a weight problem, but am now experiencing the weight creeping up more and more.
          I think it would help me to just have some friends to discuss progress and set backs for mutual encouragement (and venting!)
          Annie Im so impressed with your very detailed accounting of all of your efforts. Way to go!
