Here we go again, today while at work I noticed they posted a job that is up for grabs on the board which is a Wellness Co-Ordinator this position is open for those who feel they are qualified, but there is one thing wrong here........they are saying you have to have a degree and know all the state regulations...WTH? Ok now when they gave our new director her postion it too said you had to have a degree and had to have all the qualification to own the position, but what we've found is that she has NOT! one degree and she has no clue what she is doing. I peeped her going over a lot of stuff that someone else has given her notes on how to do her job lol.

Ok so why now does this recent posted job require the person to have a degree when all the job entails is the person doing the staff schedules, tracking their time for the work week, and a few other things that I can’t possibily see where a degree is needed when in fact Ms. Director has none nor a clue as to how to run a whole assistant living facility. I have all the qualifications for the wellness co-ordinator except for me knowing all the state regulations which someone could give me a book on, but I chose NOT to apply for the position too much drama. I’m just waiting to see who will get it, in my opinion they need to hire someone from the outside for the position because with making out staff schedules there are too many who would get done unfairly because of the friendships of the person from within.
