  • Old fashioned roast chicken

      I’ve got some time this afternoon so I’m putting a chicken in the oven for dinner. I usually cook my chicken at 375 degrees but I’m seeing recipes with the heat all the way up to 425. I’m going to use the higher temperature and see if the skin comes out crispier. My husband loves crispy skin on chicken.

      I’ll throw some veggies in the pan toward the end of the cooking time to serve with it.
