      Oven Roasted Salmon

      Salmon  (5 to 6 oz per serving)
      1 T EVOO or your fav flavored oil
      1 tsp Montreal Steak Seasoning

       (or, 1tsp your fav seasoned salt & 1/4 tsp pepper)

      Thaw fish if frozen, line a shallow baking pan with parchment paper or foil, set aside.  

      Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towels. Measure the thickest portion of the fillet.  

      Brush with oil and sprinkle with seasoned salt and black pepper.  

      Place fish on prepared pan.

      Bake in a 450 degree oven, uncovered, 4-6 min per 1/2 inch thickness of fish, or until fish begins to flake when tested with a fork.
