      Picante Sauce

      16 heaping Cups Tomatoes, blanched, peeled and quartered
      4 heaping Cups Onions, chopped
      2 Cups Jalapenos, chopped
      2-1/2 Cups Vinegar
      1 scant Cup Sugar
      1/2 Cup Pickling Salt
      3 tsp Garlic Power
      1-1/2 T Chili Power
      2 tsp Pepper
      2 tsp Cumin
      2 tsp Alum
      2 small cans Tomato Paste

      Simmer 1-1/2 hours, uncovered.  Can or freeze.
