I’ve been wishing for popcorn. Not microwave popcorn, REAL popcorn!

      It was so easy!

1 tsp. vegetable oil, I used Olive oil
      1/8 C Orville Redenbacker’s popping corn

Pour the oil into a 2Qt. saucepan and set it on a medium  hot burner. Pour in the popping corn and cover.

When it starts to pop, hold down the lid and shake the pan back and forth until the popping nearly stops. It actually took less than a minute. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with salt. (I used garlic salt)
