Once I hit the comment button it sits there and acts like it is trying to update. It actually does if I open another window then I can see my comment while on the actual tab is still trying to post.
This has been for any comment I have tried posting today.
I just updated the site, hopefully it addresses the issue, post back here if you are still having issues posting.
@annie123 it should be in-effect, make sure to clear your cache since this looked like a client-side browser issue.
Since updating the site with the “fix.” I have not hit the comment stalling bug so far. Hopefully we can mark this “resolved.” 
I think I spoke too soon, just hit the bug while posting this 
Okay, deployed one last build which might be able to fix the issue, report back if you are still having issues. This bug is pretty tough to resolve since it appears to be “random”
I just left a comment on Annie123 profile and it did the same spinner thing. And I did clear all my history

hmm well, I am running out of ideas, the comment system might need to be reworked. Does it happen anywhere else aside from comments?
I haven’t noticed it doing anywhere but comments. And it doesnt always do it.

Okay, it just happened to me while posting this, I think I am narrowing down to it, will deploy a new build in a few minutes to see if it fixes it.
Okay, just deployed a new version, hopefully it fixes it now...

Okay, I know I might be beating a dead horse here, but are we still having commenting issues or has the problem gone away?
FYI all my comments so far have not had any issues since the applied fix.
