      A Grateful heart is a happy heart. Can you make a list and post it on you fridge, desk, office wall, or dash board of your vehicle? I find that when things are not going so well it is very easy for me to focus on the negative things. I have started practicing having GRATITUDE. This helps my to get a new perspective on things in my life  and literally snaps me back to a state of mind where I can focus. This is an example.  If I dont have much food left for the week and I really want some meat to go with the food I already have I focus on the fact that we have food at all. I may only be able to eat beans and rice that night, but there is someone somewhere who doesnt even have that, so I focus on be grateful for what I have and enjoy my dinner because somewhere someone is starving.  It takes practice buy it is not impossible.  It is on my heart to let you know that you must start being grateful for the things that you have. These things are not just material but also physical. If you are sick or even in pain, the fact that you still have life is enough to be grateful for. If you are married and things are not going well right now, there is still something that you can be grateful for. If you have children who may not be doing well right now, there is still something to be grateful for. You may have parents who are ill, thats okay, because there are millions of orphans in the world and at least you were fortunate enough to have parents. We have so much to be grateful for friends. Let us focus on that and not the negative. A grateful person is a happy one. I love you

        • Thanks Cocco for printing this! about a month ago, i started a Thankful/Greatful journal. A friend of mine suggested i start it, and so i did.. i write in it everyday, and you know, it helps so much to keep me focused, and to stay POSITIVE even in the bad..

          with whats going on in my life at the moment, if i were not doing this journal, i would be angry and bitter, and to lose focus on Him who gives me the strength i need!

        • It really does help to focus on the things that you are grateful for. I believe that the world would be a better place if we could see the good or the God in the things around us. Keep your head up linni. I love youestatic
