      I am a reflexologists and I am always spreading the word on the positive effects that reducing stress can do for a person.  I know this could be viewed as shameless self promotion but, there are actual studies on this topic.

      Reflexology reduces stress and one of the biggest factors for women fighting with weight is stress.  I think you all should find yourselves a reflexologist and give it a try for 3 months.  I myself got turned on to reflexology in my weight loss efforts and successfully lost 20 pounds by adding reflexology to my better diet and exercise.  I would only got have three appointments and try to pay attention when you are being treated.  Most good reflexers will point out the stress points in your feet and hands.  Then I would make it a point to self treat daily to help keep the stress levels down.

      And if anyone is here in Rhode Island, I would be more than happy to give you a treatment at a discount.  I also make it a point to point out the areas a client should focus on depending on their individual needs.  I feel really strongly about reducing stress in peoples lives as stress eventually brings on all types of health issues.  So lets get rid of the stress!
