Sacred Space is Daily Prayers Online.  A work of the Irish Province of the Society of Jesus. It orginated in the offices of the Jesuit Communication Centre in Ireland in 1999. Being a ministry of the Irish Jesuits, it is inspired by the spirituality of Saint Ignatius of Loyola (Ignatian spirituality).

You are invited to make a ‘Sacred Space’ in your day, and spend ten minutes, praying here and now, as you sit at your computer, with the help of on-screen guidance and scripture chosen specially every day.

Personally I used this site frequently.  This is a form of meditation exercise.  Yes, we can talk to God in any form, any time, any way and anything you like.  In my case, I find my thoughts usually jump from one end to the other, fairly distracted, rambling around.  I could be just talking and sometimes I did not even if God has anything to say to me.  Time is wasted and yet I said to myself, “Ok, I prayed”  But it is really?  Did I had a good conversation?

By the mean of this website, it truly guides me, one baby step at a time.  I stay focus and the conversation is more productive, like water filled and refreshed my thirty soul.  Imagine this is like attending an effective communication class.  We are guided and learn the skills.

The site mentioned is for everyone and I do hope you will write down your experience after you have given this a try.

I pray the Holy Spirit be dwell upon, remain in you and also help you to cultivate a private Sacred Place.

In God’s everlasting love and peace
