      I just made this salsa to use with dinner tonight.

      1 1/2 pound tomatillos
      1/2 cup chopped onion
      1/2 cup chopped cilantro
      Juice of 1 small lime
      2 serrano chilis, seeded and chopped
      1 clove garlic, minced

      Remove the husks from the tomatillos, rinse well, place in a saucepan of water, bring to a boil and then simmer for 15 minutes - until soft

      Remove with a slotted spoon and place in a blender or food processor

      Add the rest of the ingredients, salt to taste and process, or better yet, pulse, until everything is mixed.  

      Refrigerate until ready to use.

      If you don’t like spicy food, you can use only 1 chile or omit altogether.
