      What’s on your menu tonight?  Eating out, or eating in?

      I’m bound and determined to be much more gluten free in 2013 as well as eat healthier and get more fruit and veggies into my hubby.

      Tonight,

      gluten free sweet potato gnocchi
      sausage (locally made)
      fried apples (organic)

      Found the gnocchi recipe on pinterest and it’s really good.  I want to eat NOW.  The best part is, it’s a big enough batch I’ll have some leftover for lunch on monday.  That’s another thing I need to work on—making sure I’ve got leftovers for lunch during the week.
