        • I’m joining this group pronto!

I looked at Pyrex the other day and they are still made in the U.S. Fiesta Ware as well. I’ll keep my eyes peeled and share as much as I can.

I, too, thank you Mary for starting this group!

        • Don’t just go by brand because some brands have one line of product made overseas and one line of their product made here.

I  bought me a nice cast iron skillet made in the USA a couple months ago.  I’ve looked long and hard because I don’t trust my food to touch things that were made in China.

        • Great suggestion Vikki!!!  Home grown is always best!!

You know...I will look for USA made always first but even if something is made in another country...BESIDES CHINA....I would go for the other country if I can’t find it made in the USA.

My goal is to boycott CHINA overall.

        • Thank you Mary for this group!  This has been on my mind for a long time and so far I am checking everything.

K-mart does have a lot of things made in the USA and that is why I like that store..I agree Tulip!

Home grown, definitely, is important...that is why I try to shop organic for most of my products.  There are also clothing lines that offer organic and made in the USA...some of which are pricey, but that is why we ladies need to be the voice, the more we buy American made, the costs will continue to drop...whoever thought that living in America would be such a chore for all of us.

        • I’ve decided that the next handbag I buy will be American made. This will be pricey but handmade and it should last a very long time. I’ve been looking online for some and have found a few. I have to contact them directly and ask a few questions, though.

        • Cynthia let us know what you go with please.

MaryA...it was my pleasure to start the group.  If we all do just a little USA shopping...it will make a huge impact on increasing jobs in our country. Yeah...what we buy might be a little more expensive but it’s majorly worth it in the long run. And probably better made!!
