      Health benefits of seeds include:  

      Sunflower seeds are a rich source of potassium, and low sodium. This makes them act as a diuretic, which helps to lower high blood pressure.  

      Studies indicate that moderate consumption of pumpkin seeds may reduce the risk of developing prostate cancer.  

      Sesame seeds are a great source of copper, manganese, calcium, iron and zinc. Foods that contain a good supply of minerals help to strengthen the bones, nails, hair and eyes.  

      One of the main criteria in preventing colon cancer is to keep the digestive tract active. Flax seeds are a rich source of fibre. Therefore, they are helpful in regulating bowel movements and preventing constipation. Use in moderation.
