I bought this from Costco.  My voting to this is a “Boo” Thumb Down.

      Why?

      1. It said for 8 - it’s not even enough for one (perhaps both my son and I are big eater!)tongue out

      2. I microwaved it and it was sticky and gluey

      3. Too many chives or cilantro leaves

          Good Morning,

Thank you for your feedback on our Pad Thai. We sincerely apologize for your experience with our shrimp Pad Thai product. Please be assured that the description of the product you provided is not the way it should be
after preparation. We strive to ensure consistency and quality with our products. Clearly, something happened between production and preparation. We are thoroughly reviewing our processes and cold-chain logistics to assess what may have gone wrong.

While we can’t fix the product you purchased, we would like to offer coupons for free Blue Horizon products that can be redeemed at your local retailers, including Whole Foods. If you can provide a mailing address I will get coupons in the mail tomorrow.

          Kind Regards,
          Phyllis
