For me it started off great with Kasey up front. I was pretty peeved with only 2 laps to go that Jeff Gordon caused Kasey to wreck.frown He should have know better to back off and his spotter wasn’t much of a help either. It was nice to see Jamie McMurray win though.happy

        • I agree! I do think they could have been better prepared for the track issues. Isn’t that someones job to inspect the track to prevent those issues? Ah well it was action packed and entrtaining except during the intermissions.
          And.......
There’s always next week for Tony!!!!!!

        • I would say it must be a little embarrassing for the Daytona officials to have that happen at the track. Some of the drivers said it was no big deal to them but on the other hand at Martinsville a few years back the track broke apart and Jeff Gordon ended up with a hole in the front of his car. Better to be safe than sorry. Tony did a great job keeping his car under control after Kasey slid up into him thanks to Gordon. I was impressed with Juniors moves at the end. He did better than the other 3 Hendrick drivers! Good for him! I know Term... what goes around comes around. Still it’s hard to dig yourself out of a hole in points that far back with so many good teams out there. I agree when they get to ESPN I don’t care for the coverage that much either.

        • I think this year we are going to try to hit Bristol and Talladega.

Of course I would love to schedule a visit back home in August for MIS and the Woodward Dream Cruise....they happen the same weekend and it’s sooooo much fun.... I’d have to fit seeing the family in to I guess!

        • Two great tracks Vikki! We want to get to Talladega too. Not this year though...too many other trips planned. We are going to Loudon in June as we always do.happy
