I’ve been watching this show on Style Network for over a year and i can’t believe the lengths that people will go in an effort to make someone else feel inadequate.

I’m a hair stylist and i’ve thought it would be quite cool to go to another salon to experience new things but there is NO chance i’d ever subject myself to the abuse that so many of these stylists are expected to take.

I guess i just don’t follow the thinking that blowing out someone else’s candle makes mine shine brighter.  The salon owners/bosses who go out of their way to make the visiting stylist look bad are only making themselves look bad.  Be a team player and TEACH the new stylist and make a positive impression!

      Just my two cents...
