      Vegetarianism is the practice of abstaining from consumption of meat (red meat, poultry and seafood). Also includes abstention from by-products of animal slaughter, such as animal-derived rennet and gelatin. Making the transition to becoming a vegetarian has it challenges, when cravings for dishes that include meat and abstentions from their by-products start to scream from every core of your taste buds. These craving will not cease over night but will take some time for your cravings and body to adjust. To start you can add two  or more vegetarian dishes in place a meat dish per week, this will be a huge step to get you on the road to becoming a vegetarian.
