      Hi! I thought we could check in with each other every week to keep this going and encourage each other. Here are my stats, please feel free to add yours!

      Goal: Lose 40 Pounds
      This week: down 1.4 pounds estatic
      Total lost: 1.4 pounds estatic
      Remaining: 38.6 pounds

        • After taking 2 weeks off my diet during the holidays (and gaining ZERO pounds), i got back on my diet after the first.

          Week One: down 2 pounds

          I think I’ve done a little better this week. I weigh in again on Monday so I’ll let you know!

        • We just got a wii so I’m not sure yet about the exercise part. I have been doing hip hop abs, some yoga and pilates and walking. I begin belly dance on monday. Im excited about that....stopping pop and drinking more water

        • well, the scale only just arrived in the mail, so i don’t know yet, i’ll just establish the baseline and catchup next week.

          initial goal: 35 lbs.

          we also started a support group at work, and this week’s challenge is to take the stairs.  Those of us who have been spoiled by the elevator might need some bengay when we get done, but we‘re gonna do it!  pray with me sisters, pray hard!  i just came from my sister’s house and she made dinner, and dessert was hot chocolate tunnel cake!!!! You KNOW I couldn’t say no, so i’ve already had a major setback...

        • I dont think I ever posted how much I wanted to lose. I would like to lose 40lbs. I will be doing it thru exercise and following the momentum WW plan.

          Weigh in is tomorrow and  to this point I have lost 1 lb.

          Success is our only option!

        • Right I weighed in on Monday the 5th at:

           12stone 9lbs
          Lost 5lbs the first week
          Aim to be 10stone 11lbs by March  

          So got to stick at it ......
          I have to eat out at least five times a week so this doesn’t help - so I’m now insisting on all breakfast meetings so I’m not snacking during the day ..so the next two days have 8am breakfast meetings .....
