I'd also like to share mine with you.

If you don't already know me, my name is Trudy and I have had a life changing experience with [Link Removed] .

Not long ago, a good friend could see what a terrible state I was in:  

    *** I was seriously overweight but couldn’t seem to find any way to release those pounds and keep them off.
