Have you tried talking to yourself lately?
One of the reasons people find coaching so helpful is that it gives them an opportunity to rehearse ideas with a neutral person. We often don't know what we think until we say it loud.
Sometimes we have an idea that we're not actually ready for the world to hear because we haven't heard it made real.
Mirror, Mirror
If you find yourself in this position, try this. Stand in front of your mirror and pitch the idea to yourself!
Think about it as your literal reflection time!

I have tried talking to myself, but people look at me like I’m crazy! lol
Ha ha.. Although with tiny ear pieces on mobile (cell) phones half the world looks like it’s talking to itself now!
Well I have talked outloud my ideas ; but have not actually talked to myself..meaning I carry on a conversation with myself..lol
Luckily I have cats. and when I really want an audience..I look at them and talk and they seem to be very sympathetic or willing listeners in the least
