I just finished reading my book groups’ selection of The Angel’s Game. I really liked the first half or so of the book; the writing style, characterizations, and setting. It is set in Barcelona, a city I am familiar with. The second half, I found myself skimming a lot and predicting outcomes easily.
Did you read The shadow of the wind? I liked both books, but the Shadow of the Wind is better
