It made sense to me to start at the beginning.  Proper skin care is the foundation of any successful beauty regimen!

      Avoid these Cleansing Mistakes
~Choose the right cleanser for the job-Cleansers remove dirt and oil. But, cleansers for the body, such as shower gels, can irritate delicate facial skin. Be sure to choose a cleanser just for the face, and choose one that’s right for your skin type.
~Don’t wash too frequently- it can irritate your skin and stimulate oil production, which can result in clogged pores and breakouts, or leave skin too dry. Save your cleanser for morning and night.
~Don’t scrub. Super-abrasive cleansing sponges can irritate your skin. The best way to work in cleanser is to apply it to a cotton pad or your fingertips and massage it into your skin. Let the products do the scrubbing.

I keep a tube of Oatmeal Facial scrub and a Almond one in the shower..I don't use body scrubs I use a loofa sponge and I just love Zest soap..I feel so clean after..heheheh..but as for after the shower I use a mild astringent on my T-Zone area..I then apply my moisturizers for day time wear and appropriate eye cream..I do use some Avon products..Although with having to cut back on things I have not been able to reorder some items..I do use some things from my kitchen that work well..I will post them later when I have time to write them out..This is great Thanks for the invite..
