    • When I arrived at work that morning, I found that my early appointment had cancelled. With this sudden opening of my schedule I thought I'd take a few minutes to enjoy listening to some teaching by Andy Stanley. I went to youtube and selected a video. Though it wasn't indicated in it's title, the teaching was on King Nebuchadnezzar's dream. All the sudden I'm remembering last nights dream! Hmmmm, maybe I should consider this a little more deeply.

Shortly afterwards, I received an email from a friend about a bible teaching she had heard over the weekend. She attached the transcript. When I opened it up, I got this surreal sensation...it was about a prophetic dream the speaker had. Okay, this is starting to get weird!

At this point, I am beginning to beg God for some answers! Wouldn't it be easier to just get to the point? But He wasn't done messing with me yet.

Two more times that day someone would randomly reference a dream. And by now, you know God really had my attention. And I was desperately trying to figure this out!

That's when I called on my virtual and real life friends to pray for my understanding.

The next morning, while preparing my breakfast, our oldest son enters the kitchen telling me he had a rough night's sleep. "I had the strangest dream last night". I froze in motion. I prompted him to tell me about it.

"It's weird! Cozmo (our dog) and Doodle (our cat) were talking to me, telling me I wasn't feeding them right!" By this time, I'm just laughing. And trying to ignore the eerie goosebumps I had!

      to be continued...
