I thought about giving our dog benadryl, but she went in to sleep with hub, and he runs a white noise machine so she seems a lot better.

Well, TMR, that is what the vet told us to give her for a road trip, two benadryl. i was skeptical, because I take one and am out, I was afraid 2 would be too much. Well, nothing. She was awake the whole trip.

Sorry to hear about your Dad’s grandson, Lu. Those baskets will be wonderful gifts.
They are still firing off all sorts of fireworks here. In Kennesaw, they also shoot off firearms to celebrate the 4th. They shoot them into the AIR! Idiots! Have they never heard of gravity? What goes up...I’m surprised someone hasn’t gotten hit in the head yet.
We used to give pup-pup baby Benadryl (bubblegum flavor). She’s learned that trick and won’t take it anymore.
She’s calmed down some now. The vet told us we could give her dramamine, too.
