        • LOL Choc & Vikki you're too funny, but I hear ya! If I'm home and the flash hits me I strip down to nothing, and water does help me it seems. I have noticed that if I steer away from sugar it helps keep the hot flashes and night sweats doen to a minimum, but like Vikki said "just turn the hose on me" lol.

        • I almost never have hot flashes at home.  I run around the kitchen at work flapping my apron like a chicken with its head cut off flapping its wings.

        • I keep one of those frozen cooler packs in a zip loc bag in the freezer and when them flashes hit, I whip it out and place it right on my neck. I also keep folding hand fans in every room and in my purse so when I’m caught off guard, I grab it and do my thing. I hate when it hits while I’m asleep, I use my little fan (got to be cloth in the bed, works faster than paper) and fall asleep with it in my hand, then smack myself with it when turning over!
