Just had a thought this week that kinda messed me up. The Lord usually does that to me. The thought was simple spoken to my spirit but I haven’t been able to shake the magnitude of it. Here it is. The holy spirit spoke to me and said “You are the temple, the house, the dwelling place of the holy spirit.” That same power that raised Jesus from the dead has taken up residence in you. “There has been doors in you that were open, and NO ONE will be able to shut them. Good and Bad. There are doors that have been shut and NO ONE will be able to open those either, but remember this girl; I will open up the WINDOWS and pour you out blessings that you won’t have room to receive! I got so excited about that! Just stand there and allow me (GOD) to saturate you with the RAIN of my spirit. I’m encouraging you guys with this same word. YOU ARE THE DWELLING PLACE for the LORD so remember that you have windows and when the Doors are Open and you can’t close them, or when the DOORS are Shut and you can’t open them.....LOOK FOR THE WINDOWS and WAIT! WAIT I SAY ON THE LORD!

                Open up, ancient doors,

and let the King of glory enter.

        • WOW, I have read this 3 times now and you know what I just got? We are the dwelling place of the Holy Spirit. We need to keep our house furnished with the proper furniture so the Spirit can rest in us. We need to keep it clean so He doesn’t have to live in a dusty, smelly place. But the beautiful thing about it is even if it is dusty and smelly He’s still gonna dwell there. Because He loves us so much He doesn’t see the dirt. He just likes to be with us. I think that’s cool!

        • Well said! We do, however, have control over what WE allow to enter OUR TEMPLE. We must keep it clean in order for the HOLY SPIRIT to flow freely in so that the LORD may lead and guide us. We started revival at my church yesterday and the message last night was “Cutting the Ropes from the Ship of Zion“. The preacher read and preached on putting GOD above all in order to be blessed; answering HIS CALL and doing your work for HIM and cutting the ties that would keep you from doing so. This will enable you to be blessed and see prayers answered and be one with the HOLY SPIRIT. Just some more food for thought.

        • Amen, Amen, Amen God is so awesome and loving that he will never leave us nor forsake us. He will always dwell in us Even when we think we are clean. You ever clean an area so good that you think it is spotless? Sometimes when you walk away and look from a different angle you can see that streak, or that dust ball, or that lent. We are never as clean as we think we are but you know what God can still use you. I always say if he can use a donkey...He can certainly use me or you.
          Blessings

        • 2 Corinthians 5:21 (New American Standard Bible)

21He made Him who (A)knew no sin to be (B)sin on our behalf, so that we might become the©righteousness of God in Him.

We are truly only hurting ourselves and others when we sin, and we have that resurrection power and the potential NOT to. Why do we deprive ourselves of His blessings?!
