For me, it’s both. It’s one of those things, you don’t want to look and you don’t want to look away.

Either way, I’ll watch - just in case there is any new information (doubt it!).

        • I agree it was a good debate.

I am worried about why this Bill Ayers is such the terrorist and why is he not in Guantanamo Bay?

        • I thought this one was the best by far. I was very pleased with Mr. McCain tonight. I think he handled himself very well. It seems he is listening to what ‘we the people’ have said and adjusted his debate technique accordingly.

I LOVED when he said “I am not George Bush. If you wanted to run against George Bush you should have ran four years ago“. CLASSIC!! Loved that!! And drawing attention to Obama’s “eloquence” and advising to really listen to what he was saying was brilliant. I hope people really did listen closely.

I still think the media has made our decision for us, but I am very proud of the man I feel is right for the job.

Was any body here watching Fox Business News after the debate? They had a telephone interview with “Joe the Plumber” he’s fantastic. I’m so glad I got to hear him talk. I hope more people do. The voice of the average guy. Loved it.

        • I think it was a decent debate. It really shows the difference in how they will handle pressure. Who do you want to lead our country? Calm or firecracker? I will take the calm anyday.....

        • Firecracker all the way. I think Obama would be too passive and easily swayed to do what was popular and not what is RIGHT. I think he has beaten his “eight more years” stance to DEATH. Move on.

        • I think the debate was the best one.  I thought Obama had a smug look most of the night...but really it doesn’t matter.  I liked what one of the undecided voters said after the debate...I’m not voting for a good debater...I’m voting for a President.  I think McCain did much better but I still think he could have kicked butt more than he did.

Obama wants everyone to just focus on the economy and not his ties to un-American individuals because he doesn’t want to tell the truth about it all...and that is the reason of his constant statements about focusing on the economy.  You can kiss your economy goodbye if we don’t have the crucial protection of this country.  Obama...I feel will leave it wide open for all of his so call friends to take over.  Look what happened after 911 to the economy....has everyone forgotten that?

And yes...I agree..Joe the Plumber was the winner.  I think he will get a lot of business after all of this..but unfortunately...if Obama wins...his wealth that HE EARNED...and GOT OUT THERE AND WORKED FOR...will be re-distributed to ones that want their “check” every month but don’t want to get a job.  That really pisses me off.  Remember people....if we heavily tax all of the wealthy who create jobs for you..and for me...do you think they are going to be hiring when they are paying out of the ying yang for taxes...so the deadbeats can live off the system???  Ummmmmm...NO.  And personally.....if I don’t have healthcare from my employer...I certainly do not want the government telling me what dr. I have to see...what hospital I have to use..etc...etc..   I am an American I should have the right to CHOOSE. I mean get real people...what else do we want the government to have control over?

Oh yeah..and I do believe...correct me if I’m wrong...Obama wants gun control.  I can come from a family of hunters.  Guns don’t kill people...people kill people.  And the people that kill will get the guns one way or another.  In the meantime...me the citizen that registers my gun....follows the rules will be left with no protection.  Yeah...right...

Sorry if I’ve stepped on anyone’s toes...but I’m angry...and I’m scared for this country...and that includes every single one of you as well.

        • I’m sure it wont be long before they do. Did you see the liberal media is already starting to try and discredit Mr Plumber? It makes me sick.

I listened to a radio show this afternoon and they were talking about Obama buying his votes and about his total lack and desire to take on the Chicago mob. About how not only did he ignore the corruption he allowed one of them to help him buy the home he lives in.  Then they talked about how Sarah Palin actually quit her job so she could fight the corruption.

I was sent an audio clip of a radio show in my email yesterday where a guy went into Harlem and interviewed some people on who they are voting for. All said Obama. Only when the interviewer asked them questions about Obama, he swapped McCain’s policies for Obama’s. All of them were saying things like “Oh yeah, I agree with Obama’s choice to keep troops in Iraq...blah blah blah“. The final question asked was if they agreed with Obama’s choice in Sarah Palin as a running mate. Everyone of them said “Oh yeah I agree, I think she’ll be great.”

How does McCain stand a chance against such stupidity? You’ve seen Jay Leno’s on the street interviews, haven’t you? There really are an awful lot of ignorant people out there letting NBC tell them who to vote for.
