Do you read self-help books? What are they? And do they help?

        • I have a large collection of self-help books and daily devotionals. They do help because they always give me something to think about...I wouldn’t go without them.

Daybreak-meditations for survivors of sexual abuse
Succulent Wild Woman - by Susan Sark
Transformation Soup - by Susan Sark

This is just a small list...all three books are great to read.

        • When I was younger, I bought self help books, but that was a whole differant thing, they were by Barbara De Angeles(sp) not sure I even spelled her name correctly.

Now I don’t, just mostly books with quotes In them, cause I love reading quotes and some of them make me think about what they mean.happyheart
